How it works
Each answer is evaluated deterministically using the question's weight and risk direction. Not-applicable answers are excluded, while unsure answers increase the need for review. Questions that on their own signal a serious infringement move the overall result straight to high risk.
Methodology
An internal score is used only to assign the low, medium and high bands. The output is not a pseudo-scientific numerical score; it is a screening that identifies priority areas. No risk level is produced until enough of the questions have been answered.

Are my answers stored?
No. This tool runs entirely in your browser; your answers are not sent to KFD servers and are not stored anywhere.
Does a low-risk result mean we are compliant?
No. This short screening does not replace a detailed legal and compliance review.
Why do some questions produce a high-risk result on their own?
Conduct such as discussing prices with competitors, or deleting data after an inspection has begun, can amount to a serious infringement in itself; averaging it away would be misleading.
